Warehouse Shift Supervisor

Afternoon Warehouse Supervisor - Great Opportunity in Gotham

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-known logistics company for a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join their growing team in Gotham (NG11). If you're experienced in warehouse leadership and ready for a new challenge, this could be the perfect fit.

Possible straight to perm!

Location: Gotham, NG11
Hourly Rate: £16-£18 (based on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (some flexibility available)
Start Date: Immediate start available following a successful interview

What You'll Be Doing:

- Leading a team of warehouse staff and forklift drivers to meet daily targets
- Overseeing the flow of goods through the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborating with transport colleagues to maintain smooth operations
- Enforcing health and safety standards across the shift
- Monitoring team performance and supporting continuous improvement
- Providing clear communication and handovers between shifts

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word
- IOSH qualification (or willingness to obtain it) is desirable
- A proactive mindset with the ability to motivate and guide a team
