Salary: Up to £28,000 DOE What will you be doing in the Sales and Operations Assistant role:<ul><li>Ability to follow a process.</li><li>Delivering a satisfactory service too clients and customers, ensuring their requirements are met and handled in a polite manor.</li><li>Accurately input and schedule all jobs into Waste Logic's on the designated planning day to ensure smooth operational flow.</li><li>Manage and process tickets efficiently, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Collaborate with the transport team to ensure all loads are signed off and documented correctly.</li><li>Maintain proactive and consistent communication with hauliers to coordinate new bookings and manage cancellations effectively.</li><li>Understand customer/supplier specific requirements eg. POD's, copy original tickets required, agreed ticket allocation for billing &amp; internally communicate terms of trade.</li><li>Adhere to internal procedures regarding on stop accounts and accounts exceeding credit limits.</li><li>Audit of Actual versus planned profitability.
