Chef de Partie

Blue Arrow Burton is hiring experienced chefs at Chef de Partie level and above to support a variety of clients across the region. Whether you're looking for full-time work or extra shifts to top up your income, we offer flexible opportunities to suit your lifestyle.

📍 Location: Denstone, Staffordshire
💰 Pay: £17 per hour
🕒 Breaks: 1 hour unpaid break per shift (split into 30 mins breakfast + 30 mins lunch)
🔐 DBS Requirement: All applicants MUST hold a valid DBS Child Workforce certificate

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals to a high standard, following set specifications and portion controls
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen in line with Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations
- Ensure compliance with all food hygiene standards, including proper storage, labeling, and temperature checks
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and timely meal delivery
- Support stock control by monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages or waste
- Contribute to a positive kitchen environment through professionalism, punctuality, and a proactive attitude

What we are looking for:
- Experience at Chef de Partie level or higher
- Valid Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) - must be current
- Level 2 Food Hygiene (training can be provided if needed)
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
