Bus Cleaner

School Site Manager required to work for a facilities management company, particularly working at an academy trust in Birmingham, this would involve moving between two different sites. This will be a temp to perm role for the right candidate. As a Site Manager you will be required to: <ul><li>Able to complete weekly and monthly statutory checks (planned preventative maintenance) on both sites</li><li>Supervising and managing cleaning staff, and other site support staff, allocating workloads, assisting in training</li><li>Ensuring all relevant paperwork and checks are kept up to date and accurate</li><li>Ensuring the security of the school's premises and grounds, locking at the appropriate times, closing of windows and setting of alarms. School Administrator to work for an academy trust in Birmingham. This role will be covering maternity leave for 8-9 months. This role will mainly be supporting the facilities department and completing administrative duties.
