Are you a detail-oriented and organised individual with a knack for keeping things running smoothly?Blue Arrow is recruiting an Administrator to support a dynamic transport and distribution team in Gotham. Location: Gotham Pay Rate: £12.25 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate daily shipments and manage customer amendments - Set up planning sheets with all orders received for each depot - Send confirmations for subcontracted work booked for the next day - Support the planning team with day-to-day admin tasks - Assist with invoicing and general office duties - Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth communication across departments What We're Looking For: - Previous experience in an administrative role (transport/logistics experience is a bonus) - Strong organisational and communication skills - Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems - A proactive team player with a can-do attitude ~ APPLY NOW ~Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
