Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for property and customer service?
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Progressor to join our friendly and professional team in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in helping clients move through the property sales process smoothly, from offer to completion.

• Previous experience in sales progression, estate agency, or conveyancing preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and progress residential property sales from offer agreed through to exchange and completion

• Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors to ensure a smooth transaction

• Monitor chains and proactively chase all parties to meet key milestones and deadlines

• Maintain accurate records using internal CRM systems

• Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams, managing expectations throughout

About You:

• Previous experience in sales progression, estate agency, or conveyancing preferred

• Strong communication skills - confident, professional, and courteous

• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy pipeline

• Ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure, and solve problems quickly

• Familiar with Microsoft Office and CRM/property software
