This is a part time role working Mon - Fri 12:00 - 17:30 Mon - Fri (27.5 hours per week) offering an excellent hourly pay rate of £15.84 p/h.

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Logistics Administrator will be detailed-oriented and proactive in your duties and responsibilities. You will be responsible for providing general and systems administrative support to the Logistics Department, which is inclusive of all aspects of our logistics services.

Administrative Support

  • Provide timely administrative support to the Logistics Department, including documentation management, procure to pay processes, data entry, scheduling, record-keeping, and minute taking.
  • Attend business meetings as scheduled, and support in the preparation and distribution of meeting minutes as requested.
  • Data entry
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and suppliers on Logistics related matters, ensuring accurate and timely submissions as required.
  • Support in gathering documentation requested by auditors as and when required.
  • Understanding and knowledge of Load Booking system.
  • Knowledge of Operational Planning within Logistics Department.

Documentation Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to Logistics departmental needs.
  • Maintain organised electronic and physical filing system for all documents, ensuring accessibility for audits and general reference.

Business Systems Utilisation

  • Effectively utilise company business systems (e.g., CODA, SharePoint, EPRAIS) to streamline processes and maintain data integrity.

Skills Req:

Ability to work as part of a team.

Ability to maintain a positive Health and Safety attitude

Excellent organisational skills

Good verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages:

  • Excel
  • Outlook
  • Word

Procure to pay processes

Business system awareness:

  • CODA
  • SharePoint

Experience:

Relevant experience in similar administrative role

Planning and scheduling of work activities

Ability to demonstrate work experiences in:

  • Office administration
  • Communication
  • Systems utilisation
  • Data management

Benefits:

Superb hourly pay rate of £15.84

Weekly Pay

Holidays up to 19.5 per annum based on 27.5 hours part time hours
