🎧 Customer Services Advisor 📍 Location: Belfast 💷 Pay Rate: £13 per hour 🕒 Hours: Monday- Friday 930am-530pm, every 3rd Sunday 130pm-530pm 🚀 Start Date: Immediate 📄 Job Type: Temp to Perm The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organised, hard-working and have the ability to work on their own initiative under pressure, problem solve, work to deadlines and maintain positive relationships with both customers and other members of the Customer Service team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Providing a high level of sales support to Food Service sales staff 2. Receiving and processing telephone and email orders 3. Selling promotions 4. Assisting Sales Representatives with pricing and customer queries 5. Building and maintaining good customer relationships 6. Being the first point of contact for customers with queries on products, orders, and deliveries 7. Checking data accuracy on pricing and orders ahead of invoicing 8. Providing excellent customer services Requirements: * Have an excellent telephone manner * Have excellent IT skills and be proficient in the use of MS Office and Excel * Have strong organisational skills. * Have excellent use of written and spoken English with the ability to interact internally and externally * Be able to work independently and as part of a team * Be able to manage their time effectively * Be comfortable with responsibility and meeting deadlines * Be flexible to cover shifts when required How to Apply: If you're ready for the next step in your customer services journey, we'd love to hear from you!
