Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join a food production facility in West Lothian. The role is nightshift working 4 on 4 off 7pm to 7am.  As Manufacturing Manager, you'll lead a night shift production team in a busy food manufacturing environment. You'll be responsible for delivering key KPIs across safety, quality, service, and cost - while also acting as the site's senior contact during out-of-hours operations. Key responsibilities as a Manufacturing Manager include: Leading and developing the night shift team to meet operational goals Managing hygiene, changeovers, and shift handovers Driving a strong safety and continuous improvement culture Controlling raw material usage and operational costs Supporting audits, investigations, and performance reporting To be successful, you'll have: Previous food production management experience is essential Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of food safety, H&amp;S, and cost control IT skills, including Excel and MRP/ERP systems (SAP experience desirable) Food manufacturing, BRC standards, or bakery production - desirable Previous work in a 24/7 or 12-hour shift environment - desirable

Nightshift Manufacturing Manager

Our client based in Livingston is a market leader in the product and are currently looking for additional Production Operators to join their team. You will work very closely with the production team. You will be working on a very busy production line, checking the quality of goods and packing Nightshift Sunday to Thursday.Day and back shift Monday to Friday. Nightshift - 10pm - 6am (£13.06 per hour) Dayshift - 6am to 2pm (£12.30per hour) Backshift - 2pm to 10pm (12.50 per hour). POSITION SUITED TO STUDENTS 18+ OVER THE SUMMER. Workers can work 2/3 shifts a week to suit their availability.
