Cleaner £12.82 per hour (PAYE) 37.5 hours per week Temporary cover until 29th August, with possible extension Wolverhampton Job Role Summary: To provide a cleaning service that meets contractual commitments to the client. To include, but not limited to, tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, emptying bins, the polishing of surfaces and mopping of areas required. Cleaning general office and communal areas. Working in line with cleaning best practice and health and safety regulations. Working predominantly in the education sector, your main duties will include: - Cook and prepare high quality dishes to set menu spec - Supervise all kitchen stations - Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environments - Assist the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes - Be responsible for health and safety - Be responsible for food hygiene practices. - Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment at all times - Ensure food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created - Assist with determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering - Complete daily and weekly records including temperature checks.
