If you are an experience H&amp;S Manger, then please read on for more information….Responsibilities:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of HSE and environmental legislation</li><li>Experience in safety, health, environment, and quality management</li><li>Previous experience in preparing and undertaking ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001audits</li><li>Excellent communicator at all levels and the functions of the business</li><li>Self-managed and motivated</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Excellent written, oral and presentation skills are essential</li><li>Good level of PC literacy, Microsoft Office and online portals</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality</li><li>Excellent references</li><li>Strong organisational skills</li><li>Team-working skills</li><li>Able to prepare for annual audits</li><li>Complete site-specific RAMS</li><li>Complete COSHH assessments</li><li>Arranging Training courses and ensuring all training is up to date</li><li>Accident and incident investigation and follow up actions.</li><li>Compiling Construction Phase Plans and Traffic management plans</li><li>Risk Assessments and Method statements</li><li>COSHH assessments</li><li>Subcontractor management</li><li>Office health safety &amp; fire management (first aid boxes, extinguishers, fire alarms etc)</li><li>H&amp;S questions and queries</li><li>H&amp;S Inductions for new engineers</li><li>H&amp;S meetings</li><li>Inducting new staff &amp; sub-contractors</li><li>Toolbox talks</li><li>Updating portal compliance (Constructionline, Safe Contractor, Avetta)</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Health and safety: 2 years</li><li>CSCS (Desirable)</li><li>IOSH membership (or willing to achieve)</li><li>Minimum NEBOSH National General Certificate or Construction certificate</li><li>Full Driving Licence</li></ul><ul><li>ISO 9001 experience (Desirable)</li><li>ISO14001 experience (Desirable)</li><li>ISO 45001experience (Desirable)</li><li>CDM 2015 awareness</li><li>Experience in compiling Risk Assessments and Method Statements</li><li>Experience in compiling COSHH Assessments</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>20 days annual leave plus public holidays</li><li>Excellent career prospects</li><li>On-site parking</li><li>Excellent company pension</li></ul>Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
