Join Our Team as a Catering Manager - Full & Part-Time Positions Available!
Are you passionate about food, leadership, and making a difference? We're looking for enthusiastic and experienced catering managers to lead school kitchen teams across the Teesside, Darlington and Hartlepool.
Location: Various school sites
Positions: Full-Time & Part-Time
Pay Rate: £13.50 - £16.00 per hour
What You'll Do:
* Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality and hygiene
* Lead and motivate catering staff to deliver nutritious meals on time
* Manage stock, orders, and budgets efficiently
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and school policies
* Build positive relationships with school staff and pupils
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience at least 1 year in catering management (school setting preferred)
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Knowledge of food safety standards (Must have a Level 2 or 3 Food Hygiene certificate)
* A friendly, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for food and service
