The Role:
As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for leading and inspiring a small kitchen team, designing fresh and seasonal menus, and ensuring consistently high standards of food quality and presentation. You'll play a key role in the venue's evolution, helping to build a strong kitchen culture and develop junior chefs as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day kitchen operations with a hands-on approach
- Design and deliver creative, seasonal menus for café, restaurant, and events
- Train, mentor, and develop junior kitchen staff
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and compliance
- Collaborate with management on menu planning and event catering
