About the Hotel

The Role: Chef de Partie
We're looking for a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen brigade. You'll be responsible for running your own section, delivering high-quality dishes, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and run a designated section of the kitchen
Prepare and present dishes to a consistent, high standard
Support junior chefs and contribute to a positive team environment
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 6 months' experience as a Commis or CDP
NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent (preferred)
Experience working with fresh, seasonal produce
A creative, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude
Passion for delivering exceptional food and a desire to grow
