Chef de Partie You will be part of a team of three chefs and a kitchen porter ensuring that our members and guests have a delicious dining experience every day. You will be responsible for general food prep and service on the day to day bar menu and also assist in prepping and serving the many functions we cater for week to week. You will be assisting in the day to day running of busy kitchen preparing high quality food for high volume. The Restaurant boasts 250 seats, and the kitchen offers a wide variety of food freshly prepared food from sumptuous baguettes, crisp salads, delicious homemade soups, mouth-watering chef's specials to roast of the day from our carvery and a superb selection of hot and cold desserts. There is Pizza oven as well as a patisserie counter. You will work 5 out of 7 days working straight shifts mainly 9am until 5pm only!!!
