About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly/ Production Operative to join our dynamic production team, specialising in the assembly of high-quality heating systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your skills and dedication will directly contribute to the comfort and efficiency of homes and businesses across the UK

Shift Patterns:
We offer two rotating shifts:

Morning Shift:
Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 14:30
Friday: 06:00 - 12:00
Afternoon Shift:
Monday to Thursday: 14:30 - 23:00
Friday: 12:00 - 18:00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble heating system components according to technical drawings and specifications
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet safety and performance standards
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and a team-player attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
