Job Title: Chef level
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Newquay, Cornwall
Salary: £14.15/hour (advertised)
Hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Early: 06:00-14:30
Late: 12:00-19:30
Occasional Day: 08:00-16:30
Shifts: Straight shifts only (no split shifts)
Start Date: ASAP
Role Summary:
Support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality, nutritious meals in a fast-paced contract catering environment. Lead kitchen operations, ensure food safety compliance, and contribute to menu planning and team development.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie
Passion for fresh, wholesome food and excellent service
Strong organisational and communication skills
Knowledge of food hygiene and allergen management
