£13.50 per hour, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00. This role is office based so you must live in the North East to be considered.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide assistance, guidance, and support to customers
* Deal with customers enquiries to a high standard
* Develop customer relationships
Skills/ Experience required
* A background within customer service
* Strong communication skills
* Good IT knowledge
* Good verbal and written English
