Temporary Hybrid Administrator

Blue Arrow Inverness are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator.

* 6 Month Placement
* Monday - Friday, 37 Hours Per Week
* Hybrid Role, Expectation of 1 Day Per Week in The Office
* £15.13 Per Hour

Experience in the following would be a huge advantage:

*Attending committee meetings
*Completing detailed minutes as a result of attending committee meetings, often in a variety of different styles
*Diary Management
*Arrangement of travel, accommodation, refreshments
*Organising and co-ordinating large events which often requires dealing with many different stakeholders with differing views/expectations
*Exceptional organisational skills to be able to work on several different tasks that often have conflicting deadlines
*Excellent use of initiative (sources work to do from the rest of the team if up to date, rather than waiting for additional tasks to be assigned)
