We're on the lookout for a Warehouse Supervisor to join the team at their Gotham site. This is a fantastic opportunity with the potential to become a permanent role for the right person. 🌟 Warehouse Supervisor - Join a Great Team in Gotham! 🌟 📍 Location: Gotham, NG11 💰 Salary: £16-£18 per hour based on experience 🕕 Shifts: Monday to Friday, rotating weekly (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00) 🚀 Start Date: ASAP after a successful interview What You'll Be Doing: - Leading and supporting a busy warehouse team including pickers, packers, and FLT drivers - Working closely with the transport team to ensure smooth operations - Making sure all orders are processed and loaded accurately and safely - Keeping health and safety top of mind at all times - Looking for ways to improve efficiency and team performance - Building strong relationships with customers on-site and remotely - Providing clear handovers and regular updates to your team What We're Looking For: - Experience in a supervisory or management role within a fast-paced warehouse - A confident, proactive approach with great people skills - Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) - IOSH qualification (or working towards it) Interested in starting your new journey? ~ APPLY NOW ~Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
