We are looking cleaners who can cover weekends - 10:00-16:00 Saturday and Sunday for our client based in Pocklington.

£12.45ph

Overall Purpose:

To work of part of the domestic team and assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment for staff and residents. To carry out a range of domestic duties in line with safe systems of work and instructions to ensure the setting is clean, tidy, safe, and meet infection prevention and control requirements.


Principal Accountabilities -
1 Carry out cleaning of bedrooms, lounges, dining areas, utility rooms, corridors, bathrooms / shower rooms, toilets, etc. in line with safe systems of work, instructions, and schedules.

2 Carry out carpet cleaning both spot cleaning and using carpet cleaning equipment for larger areas.
3 Ensure the presentation and cleanliness of the residential environment is of a high standard and raise any areas of concern to the Duty Leader.

4 Use cleaning equipment and chemicals in line with manufacturer instructions and safe systems of work.

5 Ensure cleaning equipment and chemicals are stored safely and in line with instructions.
6 Report damage, potential safety issues and concerns to the Duty Leader.
7 Wash dishes and kitchen equipment when needed.
8 Maintain cleaning activity records.
