Location: Wokingham
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time (Day Shifts Only)

About the Role:

We're looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at a prestigious Business & Industry site in Wokingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who thrives in a professional kitchen environment and enjoys creating fresh, high-quality dishes for a discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist with menu development and contribute creative ideas.
• Ensure stock is rotated and stored correctly.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
• Passion for fresh food and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene standards.
