🍽️ Chef Manager - Primary School (Term Time Only)
Location: Bracknell
Pay: £16.00 per hour
Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only - 38 weeks)
About the Role:
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Chef Manager to lead the catering service at a welcoming local primary school in Bracknell. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in children's daily experience by delivering nutritious, high-quality meals in a friendly and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve fresh, tasty, and nutritious meals to a high standard.
- Plan menus with consideration for dietary needs and food allergies.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards, including accurate record-keeping.
- Lead and motivate a small kitchen team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage food orders, stock control, and supplier relationships.
- Support company initiatives and assist with new contract mobilisations when needed.
- Deliver training and support to new team members.

- Strong leadership and organisational skills.

- Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and menu planning.
