<h3><strong>Warehouse Operative</strong></h3><p>Are you a reliable, hands-on team player with a passion for logistics and warehouse operations? Blue Arrow are working with a prestigious logistics organisation on their requirement for a Warehouse Operative to join their dynamic team and help deliver excellence on a daily basis.</p><p>This is a permanent opportunity with interviews taking place w/c 7th July.</p><p>Hours:  Monday to Friday, 7:30m to 4pm</p><hr /><h3><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></h3><p>As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in the supply chain, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Picking, packing, wrapping, and labelling orders for delivery or collection</li><li>Receiving and storing incoming goods with precision</li><li>Managing goods-in and goods-out processes</li><li>Operating forklifts and warehouse machinery safely (training provided if needed)</li><li>Conducting inventory checks and maintaining accurate stock records</li><li>Ensuring a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment</li><li>Reporting discrepancies, damages, or equipment issues</li><li>Supporting continuous improvement and team collaboration</li><li>Assisting with onboarding and training of new staff</li></ul><hr /><h3><strong>What You Bring:</strong></h3><ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS programs</li><li>Familiarity with modern warehousing practices</li><li>Strong organisational and time management skills</li><li>Good communication and teamwork abilities</li><li>Physically fit and able to lift heavy items</li><li>A valid UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points)</li><li>Forklift licence desirable (but not essential)</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p>Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.</p>
