🕒 Shifts:
* Week 1: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:30
* Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 13:30 - 22:00 & Friday, 11:30 - 20:00

Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Transport Supervisor to join one of the UK's leading haulage companies. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in transport operations who is looking for a long-term role with growth potential.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily transport operations both on-site and at customer premises
* Ensure compliance with driver hours and working time directive regulations
* Communicate effectively with customers via phone and face-to-face meetings
* Monitor and report vehicle defects promptly
* Promote and enforce health and safety standards
* Use Microsoft Excel and Outlook for scheduling, reporting, and communication

Requirements
* Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment
* Strong knowledge of driver regulations and compliance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
