Shift: 06:00 - 14:30
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Loadbay Operatives to join our team in East Leake. As a Loadbay Operative, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe handling of goods within our warehouse. Your primary duties will include strapping and securing outbound loads, scanning and checking of stock, working closely with the transport team on vehicle movementsEnsuring the area is clean, safe and all health and satefy is procedures are followed. ,
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring loads are secure
* Using handheld scanning guns
* Load manifests
* Maintain a clean and organized loadbay area
* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
* Collaborate with team members to achieve operational targets
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Good physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
