Dedicated to providing exceptional service for a leading manufacturer in the building materials industry. This company is renowned for its rich history and commitment to excellence, being the world's largest manufacturer of plasterboard.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our clients team as a Customer Service Advisor. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Your ability to communicate effectively, resolve issues promptly, and maintain strong customer relationships will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritise and manage customer requests, issues, and complaints efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain standards for inbound and outbound call logs.
- Proactively prevent issues and conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems.
- Handle claims and ensure daily, weekly, and periodic KPIs are met and improved.
- Act as an ambassador for pur clients brand, ensuring effective communication at all times.
- Comply with Health & Safety policies and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Support management and promote a positive team culture through engagement and development initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- Essential Experience: Customer service in distribution, warehousing, or retail operations; excellent communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Desirable Experience: Knowledge of warehouse management systems; presentation skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Self-motivated, reliable, honest, and flexible with a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
