Customer Service Advisor - Inbound Contact Centre (Hybrid)
Location: Ringwood (Hybrid working available after training)
Salary: £12.30 per hour (standard hours) | £14.55 per hour (Out of Hours: 10pm-8am) - paid weekly, every Friday
Shifts: Rotating - 8:00am-4:30pm | 9:30am-6:00pm | 3:30pm-10:00pm | 10:00pm-8:00am (OOH)
Contract: Full time, Temp to Perm
Start Date: 1st July 2025

What You'll Be Doing:

* Handling inbound customer queries via phone, email, and other channels
* Processing new orders and providing outstanding customer service
* Using your sales skills to upsell and cross-sell a wide range of products
* Managing back-office tasks including email correspondence
* Ensuring one-call resolution by being fully trained across all service areas
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
* Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information
