Monday - Friday 5.15am - 2.45pm £13.68 per hour The successful candidate's Main Duties and responsibilities: *Evaluating production plans and setting up the production line accordingly. *Preparing work schedules and assigning workers production line tasks. *To check that all operations on the line are being carried out following specifications and standard working procedures. *Optimizing production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality. *Identifying and resolving production line problems promptly. *Performing recordkeeping tasks, including line throughput, efficiencies, and order planning. *Training and supervising new production line workers. *Maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment. *Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. *To provide routine progress updates and escalate areas of concern to the Production Manager. *Undertaking training as instructed within Company training plans to develop skills applicable to specific functions. *Adhering to the Company's Health and safety policy and showing a diligent approach to safety matters within the factory areas The main requirements for this role are: *Experience as a line leader is preferred but not required. *Knowledge of product manufacturing, and specifications production. standards and industry regulations. *Experience in computers and office software. *Excellent leadership skills. *Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. *Strong communication and teamwork skills. *Excellent problem-solving techniques. Production Line Leader

Blue Arrow are recruiting for a Print Operator, Warehouse Operator for a site based in Bellshill. This is long term ongoing opportunity with a view for a permanent position after 12 weeks of assignment. Pay rate: <ul><li>£12.60ph - £14.14ph</li></ul>Work schedule:<ul><li>Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm (for a period of few weeks - training), after training period is completed this role will be on DS and BS weekly rotation (6am to 2.30pm and 2pm to 10.30pm)</li></ul>Daily Duties:<ul><li>Operating industrial printers (training provided)</li><li>Quality Control</li><li>Picking/Packing</li><li>General Warehouse Duties</li><li>Keeping area tidy</li><li>Adhering to H&amp;S at all time</li></ul>Immediate start possible for the correct candidate. Suitable candidates must have previous experience working in a fast paced, target driven production environment and must be comfortable sorting and laundering soiled gowns, linens etc. Shifts available are Back shift Monday to Thursday 15.15-21:00 and Friday 14:00-19:45 Pay rate is &pound;12.60 per hour and enhanced rate of &pound;15.16 after 20:00. Blue Arrow Bellshill is currently recruiting for a HGV Class 1(C E) driver to work with one of our busy clients located in Motherwell on a temp to perm basis. Shifts Available: * Monday to Friday dayshift Roles &amp; Responsibilities: * Delivering kitchens as part of two man delivery team * 50 hours guaranteed pay per week (won't work a full 50 hours) Minimum gross pay per week £900 plus holiday pay You must have: * A valid CPC card * A digital tachograph card * No more than 6 points on your licence * DD, DR or IN endorsements are not accepted.
