Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm whilst training then alternate shifts 1 in 3 between 6am-2pm, 8am - 4pm and 2pm - 10pm (in the future) with every 3rd weekend (in the future) Salary: 31k - 35k depending on experience About the role: As part of the on-site engineering team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the plant machinery and production equipment operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. This is a varied role that requires someone who is methodical, reactive when needed, and focused on continuous improvement.
