Recruitment Administrator - Warwick (3-Month Contract)
Location: Warwick
Salary: £27,375 per annum / £14.22 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary on-going, 3 months minimum
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Warwick for a Recruitment Administrator to join their existing team. This is initially a 3 month contract with a chance to extend. We are looking for a detail orientated and organised individual with previous HR or Recruitment Administration experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Recruitment Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our hiring process, ensuring everything runs smoothly from job posting to onboarding. Your day-to-day will include:
* Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
* Managing job requisitions in Workday
* Handling recruitment queries and documentation
* Processing invoices and purchase orders
* Posting job adverts and maintaining brand consistency
* Compiling weekly recruitment reports and metrics
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in recruitment or HR administration
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Proficiency in Workday or similar systems
* Excellent communication and attention to detail
* Comfortable working with data and Excel
* Experience with invoicing and POs is a plus
Hours of Work: Full time, 37 hours per week - working the below shifts:
* Monday - Thursday; 8am - 16:45pm
* Friday; 8am - 12pm
