Are you a passionate hospitality professional ready to lead from the front and make your mark in a charming, community-focused country pub?

We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic General Manager to take the reins of a much-loved country pub, located in Salisbury. Known for their warm welcome, delicious food, and local ales. Proud to be a hub for locals and a destination for visitors alike.


What You'll Do:


* Lead and inspire a friendly front-of-house and kitchen team
* Ensure consistently high standards of food, drink, and service
* Manage day-to-day operations, stock, rotas, and compliance
* Drive business performance through events, promotions, and local engagement
* Create a welcoming environment where regulars feel like family



What We're Looking For:


* Proven management experience in pubs, restaurants, or hospitality venues
* A hands-on leader with excellent communication and people skills
* A passion for seasonal food, local produce, and quality ales
* Commercial awareness and experience with budgets and P&L
* Someone who thrives in a rural, community-oriented setting
