Barista / Cafe Assistant

**About the Role**
We're looking for a skilled and passionate barista to craft exceptional coffee and serve a delicious variety of cakes, sandwiches, wraps, paninis, and toasties. Located in a prestigious Aylesbury location, this role is all about creating a welcoming and comforting environment for staff and visitors through warm hospitality and friendly conversations.

**What You'll Do**
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace in line with food safety and hygiene standards
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and related equipment
- Provide excellent customer service while handling transactions at the till
- Follow cash-handling policies to ensure security and accuracy

**What You Bring**
- A friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and great team spirit
- Experience with espresso machines or a willingness to learn barista skills and food prep
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Confidence in using a cash register or EPOS system
- A passion for creating a clean, safe, and positive environment
