Blue Arrow Bellshill is currently recruiting for a HGV Class 1 (C+E) driver to work with one of our busy clients located in Bellshill. Shifts Available: * 4 on 4 off work pattern * Continuous work on going booked in Roles &amp; Responsibilities: * Collect trunk Bellshill * Changeover Eurocentral * Change over at Walton Summit or Carnforth * Eurocentral to get unloaded(30 min turn round/ tipped by warehouse) * Drive back to Bellshill shift finished You must have: * A valid CPC card * A digital tachograph card * No more than 6 points on your licence * * Willing to accept newly passed DD, DR or IN endorsements are not accepted. Postal/Delivery Driver Location: ML4 &amp; ML2 Contract: Temporary Shift Pattern - 5/7 rota - Must be flexible Start Date: ASAP Start time: 13:00 Subject to change must be flexible ML4 Start time: 15:00 Subject to change must be flexible ML2 Hourly Rate: £13.37 per hour Royal Mail is one of the UK's best-loved brands. They are 150,000 strong with 500 years of history and are hugely proud of the service they provide. About the role You must go through a full DBS check before commencing with this role. You'll start your day for an hour or so in the local delivery office, sorting the mail for your route, before taking out your van to complete your round. You'll each be given a hand-held computer device to capture customer signatures for deliveries and the round will take around four hours to complete. The hand-held computer will also act as your routing system putting your round in the most economical route, telling you which house to go to next. About You Upbeat and self-motivated, you'll be as happy working alone as you will be working as part of a team and getting to know the different people on your round. You'll have a strong sense of community and the idea of doing a job that involves flexible working patterns will appeal to you. We deliver parcels come rain or shine, so we're looking for people who like being outdoors whatever the weather, you'll also be someone who likes the idea of doing a job that will help you keep fit. Some experience in a customer facing role would be ideal. Driving licence requirements A full UK manual driving licence (in your current UK address), with no more than six penalty points is essential, but a clean licence is preferred.
