QC Operator

Blue Arrow are recruiting for an immediate start QC Operator for their client based in Kirriemuir.

Pay Rate: £13.90 Per Hour

Working Hours: Double-day rotating shift, alternating weekly (6:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm)

The Role:

• Responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards during the production process and before they are shipped
• Performing inspections, document findings, and work to improve processes to reduce defects and enhance product quality.

• Checking dimensions, finishes, and other characteristics of manufactured products.
• Using measuring tools to verify product accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Conducting visual inspections for defects

The Person:

• Available Immediately

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is important
• Candidates will have worked within a QC/QA team
• Knowledge of quality systems and lean manufacturing principles would also be beneficial, though not essential.

• Ability to work both on own and within a team.
