Our client is currently recruiting for a Contract Administrator in Bellshill ML4.
Job role: Contract Administrator
Pay: £14.80 p/h (PAYE)
Hours: 0800 - 17.00
Start date:1/7/2025

General Overview:
As Contract Administrator, you will be part of the Scheduling Team working exclusively on the Wheatley contract. You will work closely with Contract Managers & Supervisors to ensure all works are scheduled and dealt with in a timely manner in accordance with the contractual requirements, in order to meet KPI's.
Complexity:
Analytical skills are equally as important as the ability to multi-task and reprioritise when necessary with the confidence to exercise decision making skills when needed.
* Schedule PPM works in a timely manner ensuring contractual KPI's are met using approved processes and monitoring tools
* Liaise with Contract Managers, Supervisors and Schedulers to schedule all sub-contractor PPMs in line with agreed schedules
* Logging and assigning jobs on CAFM system ensuring system is continuously updated through to completion of tasks assigned
* Liaising with appropriate parties (both internal and external) to provide necessary updates and supporting documentation when requested.
* Issue Purchase Orders when required and follow through to receipt of invoices ensuring all systems are updated with current work status throughout
* Carry out regular analysis of current PPM regime to identify current trends and patterns to achieve effective delivery of engineering resource and advise to Contract Managers
* Chase appropriate parties for supporting information (subcontractor & engineers reports, subcontractor & supplier invoices) if not in place & file in accordance to compliance requirements
* Work with the management team to discuss and implement appropriate courses of action
* Ensure any internal and customer defined CAFM system(s) is up to date at all times, extracting key MI when requested
* First point of contact for engineers and sub-contractors regarding scheduling queries
* Carry out general administrative duties in line with the departmental policies & procedures
* Undertake any 'ad hoc' duties as requested by MTS Wheatley Management team
Qualifications or Required Experience:
* Prior experience of CAFM systems (SAP, Coupa - & Planon) desirable
* Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel and Outlook
* Demonstrate good team working ability with excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in a focused manner with the ability to prioritise workload and requests
* Keen awareness of customer focus and brand image
* Experience of purchasing and managing supplier delivery
* Technical knowledge within the M&E industry desirable but not essential
* Health and safety awareness
