A beautiful house hotel and spa based in Guildford are looking for a junior sous Chef to join the brigade in helping preparing food to agreed high standards and supporting management

Based in a great location, with beautiful views of Surrey Hills, on top of a great salary of up to £35,000 per annum, there are outstanding career opportunities to develop and progress

In the role you will be expected to:
* Work professionally, efficiently, and safely at all times in line with company policy
* Have a good eye for detail, presenting food to the client's specification
* Take the initiative and go the extra mile
* Be passionate about food, service and willing to learn new skills
* Have a positive attitude and work well individually and as part of the team

What You Need To Be a Successful:
* Experience as a Senior CDP, or sous chef
You will also be expected to have a City & Guilds culinary qualification or equivalent experience
* At least a Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate
* Passion for hospitality and service
