Caretaker

We are currently recruiting caretakers to work in temporary ongoing contracts in schools in Newcastle and Sunderland.
Must have a child enhanced DBS or be willing to go through a new check.
Days - Monday to Friday
Hours - vary between 6am-2pm and 11am-7pm
Pay Rate - £13.21

Duties include
* Locking and unlocking the site
* Performing security and perimeter checks
* Managing deliveries and moving equipment
* Setting up meeting rooms and event spaces
* Conducting fire safety and compliance checks
* Liaising with external contractors
* Carrying out basic repairs and maintenance
What we're looking for:

* Experience in a similar role minimum 1 year.
* Strong attention to detail, reliable, and punctual.
* Experience meeting deadlines and working efficiently with minimal supervision.
* Positive attitude and work well as part of a team.
* Basic knowledge of Health & Safety.
