Production Operatives Blue Arrow are looking for Production operatives to work at a busy food manufacturing company based in Bellshill Industrial Estate Temp to Perm Shifts: Monday to Friday 06:00 to 14:30 Occasional backshift 14:00 to 22:30 £12.21 Duties involved - * Perform production line tasks as directed by Supervisors and Key Workers. * Understand product specifications, processing methods, and throughput targets. * Maintain high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and accuracy. * Follow company policies on hygiene, dress code, and health &amp; safety. * Ensure compliance with the Food Safety Act 1990 and COSHH regulations. * Participate in training programs to build relevant skills. * Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices - including "Clean as You Go" and good housekeeping. * Support a positive team environment with a professional and flexible attitude. Shifts Available: * 4 on 4 off work pattern * Continuous work on going booked in Roles &amp; Responsibilities: * Collect trunk Bellshill * Changeover Eurocentral * Change over at Walton Summit or Carnforth * Eurocentral to get unloaded(30 min turn round/ tipped by warehouse) * Drive back to Bellshill shift finished You must have: * A valid CPC card * A digital tachograph card * No more than 6 points on your licence * * Willing to accept newly passed DD, DR or IN endorsements are not accepted. The hand-held computer will also act as your routing system putting your round in the most economical route, telling you which house to go to next. You'll have a strong sense of community and the idea of doing a job that involves flexible working patterns will appeal to you. Some experience in a customer facing role would be ideal. We are currently looking for double man teams or drivers to be part of double man teams. Backshift and Nightshift available with various shift patterns &amp; start times. Happy to accommodate shifts to suit. Rates of pay 06:00 - 18:00 - £17.60 18:00 - 06:00 - £18.48 Holiday pay accrued separately on top of hourly rate.
