Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to lead our bar team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and train bar staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement innovative beverage menus, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Maintain inventory and manage stock levels, ensuring efficient ordering and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end establishment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
