Chef De Partie

Blue Arrow Inverness are sourcing a Permanent Chef De Partie, to join a team of three, working in one of Scotland's most renowned restaurants.

Location: Isle of Skye
Salary: £30,000
Contract: Permanent Full Time
Accommodation: Staff Accommodation Available

Duties:

-Assists the sous chef in daily food preparation activities.
-Monitors inventory and expiration dates of raw goods.
-Ensures high quality food production, preparation, and presentation.
-Observes all applicable standards.

Required Skills:

-Works well in a fast pace environment
-Strong communication skills
-Previous experience in a similar role
-Works well being part of a small team
