Recruitment Consultant 

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB To work under the leadership of the Headteacher and the supervision of the Premises Manager to ensure that the school premises and grounds at both sites are maintained at a high standard, by undertaking whatever duties are reasonable. MAIN DUTIES * Deal with health and safety / maintenance issues under the direction of the Premises Manager * Opening/ Locking up as required * Carry out minor repairs and report defects to Premises Manager * Engage in preventative maintenance in order to eliminate potential hazards * Assist in completing all statutory testing requirements including the school pool and report to the Premises Manager * Knowledge of fire precautions and equipment * Assist with distribution of equipment / stock deliveries * Moving furniture / equipment under the direction of the Premises Manager * Assisting school staff with displays, repairs, productions * Monitoring cleaning and ordering when necessary * Setting up for meetings * Errands e.g. locksmith, taking cash to bank, take post to post office * Contact engineers to report faults * Ensure that school buildings and playgrounds are free of litter and that bins are emptied on a regular basis * Assisting Premises Manager with tasks as set out in the Rolling Programme of Works * Support all school functions * Cover for routine Premises Officer duties in the case of absence * checking and cleaning up bodily fluids and checking soiling of toilet areas throughout the day subject to guidelines on health and safety * ensure safe handling of chemicals in line with school health and Safety policy and COSHH assessments SECURITY * To ensure the security of the site and its contents and the provision of access and exit to the site for authorized persons. Will be a trusted main key holder which involves the role of premises security both during the day and final locking/alarming at the end of the day. Chef Manager

Deliver Driver - Central London &amp; surrounding Counties (Full-time) We have a Temporary vacancy for 1 week for a reliable and self-motivated Delivery Driver This is a leading supplier of cleaning consumables, janitorial supplies and floor cleaning machinery. Based in Lower Sydenham (South East London), we have a range of Customers across many business sectors including Healthcare, Hospitality, Education and Local Government. Our Customer include St Thomas' Hospital, Guys Hospital, North London Hospice, Royal Trinity Hospice, Schools, Colleges and many, many more. Our Customers are based both within Central London and the surrounding Counties and we consider ourselves to be a lot more than just a logistics "box shifter" and as such we require on occasions our Drivers to offer a more personal service by delivering to an individual person or place inside a building rather than just to a delivery deck. You will be delivering products in both loose boxes and pallets of product to our various Customers. The ideal candidate must be a good communicator - both face to face and over the telephone, patient and well disciplined to meet our Customer needs and demands. You need to be well organised and able to manage your paperwork both at a Customer's Site and back in our Offices. Our main vehicle is a 3.5 tonne, Luton bodied, tail lift van. So you need to be able to drive this larger vehicle and have experience of driving in built up, narrow streets. Your normal working week will consist of 40 hours. The normal start time is circa 6:30-7:00am through to 3pm (roughly), Monday to Friday and your working day will start and finish their day at our Lower Sydenham Offices - SE26 5BW. A Warehouse/Forklift Operator with a Counterbalance Certificate is responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklifts to move goods within a warehouse. They also handle various warehouse tasks, such as loading and unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and ensuring the accurate movement of inventory. Safely and efficiently move goods, pallets, and equipment around the warehouse using a counterbalance forklift. Securely load and unload trucks, ensuring goods are handled properly. Place goods on shelves or in designated storage areas, ensuring proper stacking and organisation.
