Blue Arrow Derby is proud to be working in partnership with a manufacturing company and they are looking to recruit a temporary HR Administrator to join their team.
Please note this role is to start asap and will be on a temporary on-going basis, also will be based on site at the Head Offices in Belper, so candidate should ideally be immediately available or have a short notice period.
Hours: Mon - Thurs (8:30am-5:00pm) and Friday's (8:30am-3:30pm) - 37 hours per week.
Salary: £12.99 p/h (£25,000)
What does the HR Administrator role involve?
You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding all HR Admin-related queries. The ideal candidate will be an organised, reliable, and communicative professional who can handle various administrative tasks in a dynamic environment.
Duties will include:
* Serve as the first point of contact for HR-Admin related inquiries.
* Assist with the administration of HR & L&D-related documentation.
* Provide clerical support to the HR department.
* Ensure the creation and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records.
* Support the HR team with recruitment, on boarding, and training processes.
* Support department strategic projects and pillars
* Check mailboxes
* Interview support
* Training Bookings
* Support Performance management process
* Scanning and SAP maintenance support
What will you bring to the HR Administrator role?
* At least 6-12 months previous experience in a HR Administrative role is highly desirable
* Proven experience in an administrative role.
* Proven experience in a busy office environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
* Proficiency in different software and MS Office Suite.
* Experience in using SAP/Success Factors
* A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
* Strong Team player
