Job Title: Warehouse Operative/Goods In/Picker-Packer

Location: Dunfermline

Salary: £12.65 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 06:00 to 14:30, Monday to Friday

Blue arrow are recruiting for several warehouse operatives on behalf of a large company based in Dunfermline.

The warehouse team plays a crucial role in ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Operatives, focusing on goods in and picker-packer duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving Goods: Unloading deliveries, checking goods against delivery notes, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Stock Management: Organizing and maintaining inventory, ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely.
Order Picking: Accurately picking and packing orders for dispatch, ensuring timely and correct delivery to customers.
Quality Control: Inspecting goods for damage and reporting any discrepancies.
General Warehouse Duties: Keeping the warehouse clean and organized, assisting with stock counts, and supporting other team members as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good physical fitness, as the role involves lifting and moving heavy items.
Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
Basic computer skills for inventory management and documentation.
