Sourcing Analyst Location: Sidcup (On-site) Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a proactive and analytical Sourcing Analyst to join our team in Sidcup. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing, who is self-motivated and open to occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sourcing strategies and procurement processes across the business

• Analyse supplier data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements

• Manage supplier relationships and support contract negotiations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field (preferred)

• Proven experience within supply chain and manufacturing is essential

• Up to 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or a related role

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

• Willingness to travel as required

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
