Class 2 Driver

At Blue Arrow we are looking for reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers on a temporary basis for our prestigious client.

Opportunities for ongoing work are available for the right candidates.

Pay rates are as follows:

Dayshift - £15ph

Rates increase after 12 weeks service.

The role will be Monday to Friday work starting at 06:00AM with shifts generally lasting between 10-12 hours each day.

Due to the nature of the role there will be heavy handballing and unloading as you will be delivering kegs and other beer/wine products to restaurants and pubs around the North East.

You will however have a drivers mate to support you for your daily routes.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

As a LGV Category C Driver you will:

* Complete pre departure vehicle checks
* Transport goods between planned sites and drops
* Complete paperwork and follow compliance
* Adhere to tachograph and working times rules

Qualifications

In order to process your application, you must have the following:

* HGV Class 2 entitlement
* CPC
* Digi tacho card

We cannot accept more than 6 points or DR/DU on a licence.
