Head Pastry Chef - Luxury Hotel - Farnborough- Up to £38000 Role Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pastry Chef in a 4 star contemporary and luxury Hotel, located in Farnborough. The main purpose of this role is to lead, inspire, motivate and be accountable for the pastry kitchen department. This is a high pressure role where complete and simultaneous ownership of the guest experience, team performance and administrative tasks must be delivered creatively and with care. You'll be working 5/7 days with a salary of up to £38,000. Do you want to work just 4 days per week and have 3 days off during the week, this could be the role for you. This is a dual site role, working 1 day in Winchester and 3 days in Liss so we are looking for a chef that can work in both locations You work on Monday in Winchester and on Fri, Sat, Sun at Liss, 40 hours per week so 4x10 hour days. This role would suit someone looking to have 3 days off in the week which are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday!! We're looking for a skilled chefs to join a great team working for a well-known contract catering company, this site caters for around 100+ covers, so it is bulk catering and a busy unit. Sous Chef - Liss - 4 day working week

We are looking for a Catering Supervisor. The Supervisor will need to be reliable, engaging, and forward thinking. Mostly Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:30-5:30, 36 hours/week.
