Are you a chef that wants to cook great food but not work in the evenings then this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for…

An opportunity has arisen to work in a popular catering company across the beautiful New Forest and Winchester areas. This establishments offer menu's using fresh local produce specialising in a variety of traditional delights.

As a chef you will be required to work 8-hour shifts - Day time hours -Monday to Friday but also work Weekends when needs be!

Key info:

Salary: £30,000
Location: New Forest/Winchester
Hours: Monday to Friday mainly - No late nights!

Chef Responsibilities:

* Running a section within the kitchen
* Producing dishes to meet the required standard
* Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
* To supervise the team when required

Chef Requirements:

* Experience at Chef level
* Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent experience
* Experience cooking with fresh produce
* Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress.
