Production Line Operative - 2025

Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for Production Line staff available to join our team of dynamic workers at one of the South most successful manufacturing sites near Romsey (SO51).
Products include Trees, Flowers, and Plants. As a production line operative you will be responsible for all elements of picking plants and packing them for home delivery. Teamwork, good English skills and willingness to work outside will be essential in the role.

Please note that it will be a fixed term contract starting from 3rd March and finishing in the end of July (potentially August) and working during Bank Holidays is required (1.5 pay rate).

As a multi-skilled operative this role will include:
* Picking & Packing
* Accepting deliveries of heavy items (up to 20 kg)
* General duties around the site including maintenance & housekeeping.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
* Production Control
* Picking & Packing
* Teamwork
* Packing Goods for Home delivery
* Communication Skills
* Willingness to Work Outside is Essential

Please note that's a Full-time role and you need to have own transport to get to the site. Unfortunately, there's no public transport and footpath available.
