<div class="u-marg-bottom-large">Our client, Libraries NI are currently seeking to recruit a Building Supervisor to join their team in DungannonPay rate is £13.63 per hourHours of work: Monday: 1.30-5.30Tuesday 1.30-5.30Wednesday 9.30-1.30Thursday 4-8Friday 1.30-5.30 In July &amp; August the working pattern on a Thursday will be 2-6 Job Duties: To provide cleaning and non-cleaning services under the direction of the designated Line Manager or other Authorised Person and in accordance with the practices and procedures of the client.Criteria: <ul><li>Hold a valid Full Driving Licence</li><li>A minimum of one year's experience working as Assistant Building Supervisor, Caretaker or similar role in a medium/large building * must be demonstrated on CV</li><li>Previous responsibility for security of a building, opening/closing and key holder duties</li><li>Knowledge of building cleaning methods and the use of electrical cleaning machinery e.g. floor polishing equipment * must be demonstrated on CV</li><li>Awareness of health and safety legislation and practices e.g. COSHH and/or CLP regulations. * must be demonstrated on CV</li><li>The ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative</li></ul> </div><div class="u-marg-bottom@m"> </div> TheRecCoNI
